		<description>I am so with you and your friend Hagit on overcooking for company, having made ten (!) pounds of brisket for 8 people over Rosh Hashana (2 of whom are vegetarians). Always better to have more as long as you don&#039;t let too much go to waste.

These stuffed zucchini look SO good. I&#039;m not a huge fan of frying, though -- do you think you could just bake them first to cook the meat and then add the tomato sauce?</description>
