		<description>I love Hamousta we call it Koultiks in our language (Bahdini Kurdish). I&#039;m from Zakho and i miss it so much. My mom still cooks Kurdish dishes and this is one of them that i really enjoy! There are different ways to cooking this dish. You can make it in a tomato soup and in a yougurt soup. It&#039;s to die for! lol. : )
